NO returns or exchanges. Everything is now final sale. Exception are if your receive damage product you are owed a new item. Please contact me through customer care to arrange. For this please contact as soon as possible. There is a 24hr maximum .

Do you provide delivery?
Yes, in certain areas we provide delivery for a fee. Those areas are Chicago inner city and some surrounding suburb. Bloomington-Normal is available for delivery as well. There will be choice when you check out for this option. A fee will be added for the Chicago area which is $5.00.
How do I return an item?
Contact Customer Service with a email or direct message if you have any problems or concerns.
How do I track my order?
Once the order is placed please allow 24 hrs to receive your tracking number by email. If you have not received your email within 24 hrs please contact customer service.
How can I contact your couriers?
Most shipping will be done using USPS. So once you have a tracking number you can call their line directly to see any information that is needed.
